1. Mount the heating system on the top of the curing oven
1). Combustion chamber dimensions: L2000mm*W1200mm*H1200mm; exterior powder spraying and drying treatment
2). Combustion Chamber: The furnace plate is made of folded plates with a thickness of 100mm, filled with 100K Xisil rock wool and aluminum silicate wool. Both the decorative panel and chamber body are screw-secured, ensuring easy assembly/disassembly and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
3). Combustion chamber inner panel: 304# stainless steel plate (1.5t), seamless welded structure, durable to prevent deformation at high temperatures;
4). Combustion chamber flange: 1.5-ton galvanized steel plate with reinforced bending treatment and seamless welding
5). Powder coating and curing treatment on combustion chamber exterior
6). The seamless welded inner tank assembly forms a thermal conversion chamber, ensuring robust durability.
7). Fabricate maintenance access and sanitary cleaning ports in the combustion chamber, with dimensions 450×450mm
8). Curing oven air supply fan: An oil-cooled insulated centrifugal fan with 3KW power and 6800m³/h airflow is installed.
